General Shipping Guidelines
- Our goal is to dispatch all
orders same day.
- Orders placed by 2 PM are typically shipped the same day; otherwise,
they are shipped the next business day.
- Shipping estimates may vary based on the selected method, destination, product weight,
dimensions, and other influencing factors.
- Orders outside the United
States may require alternate shipping methods. For more details,
please contact our sales department.
- Modus Beauty Distributors is not liable for
shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather
conditions, natural disasters, carrier demand or disputes,
domestic or international customs issues, embargos, or seasonal
shipping demand.
Delivery Guidelines
- USPS and FedEx will make three
delivery attempts. Notifications will be left, and you can contact
them to arrange delivery or request that the package be held at a post
office or FedEx depot.
- If the package is not
delivered and is returned to us, we will re-ship it upon request, with
the shipping costs and signature required surcharge borne by the
customer.
